Dimmies Direct is built on a simple idea: bring the best dim sims in Australia to everyone, no matter where they live. From Melbourne restaurants to regional customers, we’re connecting local food legends with dimmie lovers across the country.

That kind of mission takes more than logistics. It takes people who care about food, quality, and community. People who get things done, who take pride in small details, and who can laugh when things get messy.

What it’s like to work here

We’re a small, growing team that moves fast, learns quickly, and keeps things real. You’ll find us talking to dim sim makers one minute and planning frozen freight routes the next. We mix creativity with practicality, and we’re not afraid to experiment or improve on the fly.

We care about good food, good people, and doing things properly. Everyone here plays a part in building something that helps small producers reach bigger audiences while keeping the dimmie tradition alive.

When we do hire

• Partnerships Working with restaurants and makers to bring their products to new fans
• Operations Managing cold-chain logistics, packaging, and delivery systems
