Over the past few months, something special has been happening. What started as a simple idea, delivering Melbourne’s best dim sims to people across Australia, has turned into a national movement. Thousands of Aussies have already joined our waiting list, and we could not be more excited to start delivering.

Right now, the final touches are being made behind the scenes. We are building systems, testing packaging, and locking in the cold-chain delivery network that will keep every dimmy frozen and fresh on its way to your door. When we launch, we will begin with our home city of Melbourne. This is where dim sims became part of Australian food culture, and it makes sense to start here. Our first deliveries will roll out across the metro area, and once everything is running smoothly, we will expand further, first to regional Victoria and then interstate.
